In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 for the Protection of Personal Data, E.Ditor Consulting S.L. informs the CLIENT that the personal data required as a consequence of offers to buy, transactions, and/or contracting for products and services that take place by whatever means, as well as computer processes in relation to already registered data, will be entered in a file created under the auspices of E.DITOR, authorizing this company to handle said data.
The purpose of the collection and aforementioned handling is for the maintenance of the contractual relationship between the parties, management, administration, suppliers, the elaboration and improvement of the services supplied, their adaptation to the preferences and likes of the users, the design of our services, the sending of technical, operative or commercial information about the products and services currently offered by E.DITOR and in the future, through said company or third parties.
The answer to the questions that have been set forth and the data requested to establish the relationship with E.DITOR is entirely voluntary, with no obligation on the part of E.DITOR to request the CLIENT’S consent for the collection of data by referring to the parts of the contract of the business relationship in as much as it is necessary for the maintenance and fulfilment of the same. Likewise, the refusal of the CLIENT to supply personal information that may have been requested, shall determine the lack of validity of the contract when it is required for the aforementioned purpose. |

The CLIENT may exercise rights of access, rectification and cancellation of his information according to that set forth in directive 1/1998 of the Data Protection Agency, accessing them from the company Website or by contacting the personal responsible for the handling via ordinary mail, E.Ditor Consulting, S.L., whose address is Plaza Catalunya, 9 of Barcelona (Spain).

The CLIENT accepts that E.DITOR may send the CLIENT commercial, advertising and promotional communications by e-mail, fax or other equivalent means of electronic communication, for which the referenced data shall be the same as those used to carry out said communications, and within the under that set forth in Law 34/2002 of 11 July, for Services of the Information Company and Electronic Commerce, and Law 32/2003, of 3 November, General of Telecommunications. Nonetheless, we inform you that the consent may be withdrawn at any time, via each commercial or promotional communication that is received, and at any time by notifying this company in the format that is available on the Website. |
