If, for whatever reason, after purchasing one of our products you are not entirely satisfied, choose another spreadsheet from our website and we will send it to you, totally free. The price of the spreadsheet(s) you choose should not amount to more than 10% above the price already paid. |

If, for any reason, after having purchased one of our products, you cannot get it (due to error in use, loss or any other cause), we will send it to you again by e-mail within 48 hours. |

To take advantage of the warranty you simply send an e-mail to totalwarranty@e.ditor.com specifying: (1) The product you want (2) The purchase order number (3) The date of purchase. |
| Conditions for the application of the warranty: | |

| This warranty applies to all purchases within 30 days from the purchase date indicated in the invoice. To take advantage of this warranty you must send an e-mail to totalwarranty@e.ditor.com and include the requested information. In the event that all the information is not provided, the warranty shall not be applicable. Products requested to be sent by e-mail in application of the warranty shall only be sent to the original buyer's email. Since all our products are downloaded and can therefore be freely copied and manipulated, in no event shall a monetary refund be made. |
